Jackson Square
Jackson Square is Adelaide’s newest warehouse venue space dedicated to hosting weddings and functions.
Run by three sisters, they approached us needing a brand with big, bold energy and a lively presence. One that would fill a large, cold, empty warehouse space and inject a healthy dose of New Orleans vibrance; a nod to the venue’s namesake.
Jackson Square, located in the French Quarter of New Orleans, is a famed gathering place for painters, talented art students, fortune tellers, musicians, and other performers, and has been the site of hundreds of live music events over the years.
We came up with the tagline ‘A little extra’ which is not only a nod to the style of their events and target market’s tastes, but reflects the level of service the sisters and their staff provide to deliver a fun, memorable and stress-free event.
Design elements were inspired by vintage jazz posters paired with a modern palette and purposefully loose and loopy illustrations.
